SEA BUCKTHORN · JUICE & PUREE

Sea buckthorn
processing lines
for juice & puree.

From prepared berries to juice or screened puree. Choose an extraction route, connect the downstream process, or add the single machine your line needs.

START WITH THE INGREDIENT

Choose your product route

A puree line, a juice line and a concentrate section have different equipment duties. Start with the product you want to make.

Prepared berries → screened puree

Sea Buckthorn Puree Processing Line

Produce a pumpable sea buckthorn ingredient with a defined texture, controlled seed and skin carryover, and a connected thermal and packaging system. The line centres on screened pulping; optional separation is selected around the intended puree, rather than added to every installation.

Prepared feed → selected juice

Sea Buckthorn Juice Processing Line

Connect fruit preparation, extraction and selected separation around the juice you intend to sell. A cloudy ingredient and a more clarified juice require different treatment of suspended pulp and naturally occurring oil-rich material, even when they begin with the same berries.

Existing juice or pulp → bulk ingredient

Sea Buckthorn Concentration and Filling Modules

Add a defined downstream section to an existing extraction plant or prepared-ingredient supply. Buffering, concentration, thermal processing and bag filling are matched to the incoming juice or puree, with clear connections to the equipment already in service.

FROM MACHINES TO A CONNECTED PROCESS

Make the interfaces work
as well as the equipment.

Fruit preparation, product transfer, buffer duty, utilities and cleaning access connect individual machines into an operable line. Define the supply boundary around your actual feed and site.

YOUR STARTING MATERIAL MATTERS

Three feed conditions.
Three starting conversations.

The same finished ingredient can begin with a different material. Specify what reaches the equipment inlet.

A MORE USEFUL EQUIPMENT ENQUIRY

Bring your product brief.
We can discuss the equipment scope.

The feed you have, the ingredient you want and the part of the line you need are enough to start. Capacity and packaging help when you already know them.
