An existing juice or puree plant can instead purchase the missing concentration, thermal or filling section. Individual machines can be specified at their own input and output connections.
For a first enquiry, the material, intended product and equipment of interest are enough to establish direction. Processing amount and package format are helpful additions when known. Detailed utilities and operating acceptance can follow once the purchase boundary is clear.

Equipment and process questions
Can the same front end process fresh and frozen sea buckthorn?
The extraction equipment can be assessed for both feed routes, but their preparation differs. Frozen berries must reach a suitable temperature and physical condition for controlled feeding. Frozen blocks, thaw liquid and fresh berries should not be treated as interchangeable inputs.
Are the pulper and finisher two separate machines?
The illustrated machine combines two screened stages and their drives in one assembly. The first and second stages perform successive pulping and finishing duties. Their screen and operating choices are matched together.
Does making juice require a decanter and a disc separator?
Only when their separate duties are useful for the selected extraction stream and juice specification. A decanter can reduce a settleable solids load before finer clarification, but a product intended to retain pulp may use a different arrangement.
Does a cream layer mean the juice line has failed?
Not by itself. Sea buckthorn juice can develop cream and sediment during standing. Compare samples under the same mixing, temperature and standing conditions, then judge them against the intended product specification and process history.
Is pulp-oil separation the same as seed-oil extraction?
No. Managing an oil-rich phase already present in a fruit-derived stream is different from extracting oil from prepared seeds. The latter has its own material preparation and extraction process; a juice press or clarifier should not be assigned that duty by name alone.
Is enzyme treatment necessary for every line?
No. It is a selected treatment for a defined change in the juice, such as pectin-related viscosity before clarification. A puree intended to retain its texture may have a different process. Treatment conditions and the subsequent sequence are developed for the actual product.
How should I compare stated processing capacities?
Use the same feed state, temperature, desired product and measurement interval. State whether the rate describes incoming fruit, accepted liquid, packed product or evaporated water. A generic model-family figure does not establish the output of a complete sea buckthorn line.
Can I buy heat treatment and filling without an evaporator?
Yes. Concentration is included when the product requires water removal. An existing juice or puree supply can connect to an appropriately specified buffer, thermal system and filler without adding an unnecessary concentration section.
Does the aseptic bag filler also fill retail bottles?
The shown equipment is configured for compatible aseptic bags and bulk handling. Bottle filling is a different packaging task with its own machine and process interfaces. Package type, fitment and filling requirements should be stated together.
Can the whole line be cleaned by one CIP cycle?
Cleaning is organized by equipment structure and circuit. Closed tanks, pipelines and process systems can be connected to suitable CIP routes, while belts, screens, press surfaces and certain separator parts need their specified access or dismantling steps. Sterilization duties are identified separately where required.
What belongs in an equipment handover?
The delivered configuration, operating and cleaning information, relevant drawings and component schedules, and the agreed inspection or trial records should be identified. Installation and operator training follow the actual supply and site interfaces.
