Product trial and selection

Sea Buckthorn Decanter and Disc Separator Outlet Trial

Match centrifuge selection to the solids load and actual outlet configuration, with weighed phase records and cleaning access.

Separate the two selection questions

A decanter can address a defined settleable-solids load; a disc machine can address a finer clarification or separately specified phase duty. Confirm the exact selected machine, bowl/outlet arrangement and feed conditions. A generic separator name does not establish three-phase capability.

Measure every configured outlet

Use paired feed and outlet samples, record flow and solids/phase observations, and weigh every collected stream. Include intermittent discharge, hold-up and samples. Document whether an oil-rich cream stream has a real dedicated outlet or remains with the product.

Review the installed operating boundary

Assess discharge handling, cleaning access, product carryover and operating stability over the agreed run. A clear bottle sample does not alone specify solids removal, oil recovery or full-line output.
