Set a measured water-removal basis
Record feed mass flow, temperature, soluble-solids method, insoluble fraction and target concentrate. Feed, concentrate and evaporated water are different quantities. Keep added ingredients and non-retained components visible when using a simplified solids balance.
Follow phase and texture changes
Retain inlet and outlet samples with the same observation method. Record cream/serum/sediment behaviour, viscosity at a stated temperature, foam, carryover and deposit observations during the run. Do not infer a product result from the evaporator name alone.
Connect discharge to treatment and package
Specify concentrate transfer, thermal passages, cleaning, discharge temperature and the selected bulk package. Concentration changes water content; it does not establish a preservation process or shelf life.
