Locate the source of air

Air can enter during fruit reception, product collection, mixing or transfer. Establish which stream reaches the proposed deaerator and the condition of that stream. Air removal is a selected operation rather than a replacement for controlled upstream handling.

Consider vacuum and temperature together

Product temperature, operating vacuum and discharge arrangement are connected selection points. Check foaming and droplet carryover as well as stable product transfer. The vacuum connection must support the intended duty without becoming an uncontrolled product-loss path.

Connect the downstream operation

Define the next buffer or thermal inlet, product connection and flow requirement. The deaerator does not establish a microbial process or shelf life. Discuss those duties with the thermal and packaging equipment in the proposed route.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
