Seed Integrity in Sea Buckthorn Pulping

Assess seed condition alongside extracted product.

Stacked pulping and finishing chambers with two motors on one frame
Combined two-stage pulper and finisher with separate drives for the two chambers.

Separate the product endpoint from extraction intensity

The two stages should have defined screened duties. Changes in extraction intensity can affect both the product fraction and the seed condition. An apparent increase in output needs to be compared with product texture and the retained material.

Preserve matched samples

Collect incoming feed, screened puree and reject samples during the same operating period. Keep the feed temperature and preparation condition with the sample record. Examine the reject as well as the finished product when comparing configurations.

Choose equipment for the intended ingredient

A puree route is not an independent seed-oil extraction system. If seeds are to be used in another process, state that handling requirement separately. The machine proposal should identify the retained stream and its collection interface rather than imply an oil-extraction capability.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
