Sea Buckthorn Pulper Screen Selection

Specify the puree before specifying the screen.

Agree the particle profile

Screened puree contains the fruit fraction that passes the selected screen arrangement. Describe the texture and particle profile required by the next process or ingredient customer. A finer screen is not automatically a better selection if it changes the recovery or produces an unsuitable product.

Keep family figures in their proper context

The existing pulper family references screens in the 0.4–1.5 mm range. That range does not select a screen for a particular sea buckthorn lot. Feed preparation, screen arrangement and machine operation must be considered together, with the actual product and retained stream inspected.

Include access and replacement in the purchase

Screen removal, inspection and the reject collection space affect daily operation. Ask which parts are opened for cleaning and how wear or damage is checked. Compare the selected screen specification and maintenance access alongside the proposed extraction duty.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
