Adding Modules to an Existing Sea Buckthorn Line

Buy the missing duty rather than repeat the whole front end.

Describe the existing inlet stream

State whether the available material is screened puree, extracted juice or another prepared ingredient. Record its flow pattern, temperature, particles and consistency. These facts define the entry boundary of a downstream module.

Select the operation that changes the product

Solids removal, air removal, water removal, thermal treatment and packaging are distinct operations. Identify the required change before selecting a machine. An existing extraction line can purchase an appropriate downstream section without duplicating reception and washing.

Agree the tie-in and operating response

Define product and utility connections, buffer duty, control signals and the response when either section stops. Include service space and the existing cleaning route. A module proposal should make its inlet and outlet responsibilities clear.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
