Selection guide

Utilities for a Sea Buckthorn Processing Line

Discuss utility duties by machine and operating mode.

List the selected operations first

A wash section, thermal skid, evaporation module and cleaning system have different utility duties. Begin with the actual equipment list and the required product condition at each step. Existing juice or puree feed may remove the need for an upstream fruit-preparation section.

Distinguish production from cleaning demand

Heat supply, cooling water, process water, electrical power and any required compressed air should be scheduled against the chosen machines. Cleaning can require a different peak flow or heating duty from production. Include both modes in the interface discussion.

Define the site connections

Record the available utility conditions and the boundary between supplied equipment and site work. Include drains, condensate and vapour duties where relevant, as well as access to isolation and maintenance points. Required consumption values belong to the selected configuration.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
