Sea Buckthorn Juice Clarification Equipment

Define what the juice should retain.

Cloudy juice and clarified juice have different endpoints

Removing suspended material can change the body and appearance of a juice. Define which fruit fraction should remain in the ingredient before selecting a clarification target. A visually clearer sample may not match a product intended to retain pulp.

Specify the upstream preparation

Choose extraction, screening and any decanting according to the actual solids load. A consistent feed helps make the separator duty and downstream transfer predictable. Optional enzyme conditioning is a separate process decision and is not required for every sea buckthorn product.

Write the trial around observable outputs

Agree the inlet condition, sampling interval, liquid fraction and standing conditions used for comparison. Include solids discharge and cleaning requirements in the configuration. If oil-bearing phases are part of the objective, specify the actual bowl and outlet capability separately.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
