Sea Buckthorn Equipment Trials & Acceptance

Make the trial answer the buying question.

Stacked pulping and finishing chambers with two motors on one frame
Combined two-stage pulper and finisher with separate drives for the two chambers.

Choose a representative feed

Fresh prepared berries, suitably prepared frozen fruit and an existing pulp are different entry conditions. Identify the lot, preparation, temperature and consistency used in a trial. A result from one condition should not be presented as a universal machine guarantee.

Collect all relevant outlet samples

For extraction, compare the product and retained streams. For separation, specify the liquid or solids endpoint. For concentration, record feed and outlet composition with the flow basis. Keep the sampling interval consistent with the operating record.

Define a measurable acceptance boundary

A complete line is evaluated between an agreed feed and product or package. A single module is evaluated at its tie-in points. Agree the run interval and quality measurements so that capacity, recovery and operating behaviour have a usable meaning in the purchase.

Information for an equipment enquiry

Describe the material you start with, the ingredient you want and the part of the process you need to add. Include a known processing amount or package format if available. The linked equipment pages identify the machines relevant to this decision.

The next step in your process

Put the equipment scope together.

Discuss the ingredient, the incoming material and the part of the line you want to build.
